Aquarium stands made using mica laminate make excellent aquarium cabinets for certain types of environments. Generally the locations are some type of businesses that ether have a lot of traffic or need to be kept very clean with little effort. Mica is very durable and resist damages usually associated with strangers “poking” at things. You see a lot of mica in medical facilities. It is easy to keep clean.

BRI works with all the major brands of mica. If you are looking to match the new aquarium cabinet to existing mica furnishings, we will need to know the manufacturer, product name and order #. If the existing furniture is older, there is a chance that mica is discontinued and you will need to make another selection.

The top deck on the mica series is 34” high giving the fish tank a great all around viewing height. The top deck is 3/4 inch thick providing excellent support for either glass or acrylic aquariums. The aquarium canopy exterior dimension is 8 3/4”, 5 3/4” interior height. The canopy utilizes BRI’s easy access fold back front. Routine aquarium chores such as fish feeding are a breeze. You also have lots of room for all but the most demanding aquarium maintenance requirements.

The mica series can be customized to meet your particular aquatic needs. Custom deck heights, salt water reef ready canopies, fan cut outs for cabinet and canopy ventilation, etc.
